Cancellations & Refunds

Education Services: If we reschedule a course, we will provide you with at least 1 week notice. In the extremely unlikely event that we cancel a course, we will provide you with an option to attend another course or a full refund. Rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation. Changes or cancellations by you within one week of the course date incur a 40% cancellation fee. Changes are fully transferrable between any other courses (subject to the one week notice period).

Consulting Services: Broadly, cancellations and refunds do not apply to the Consulting Services, although each engagement is subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in the individual engagement letter.

Each consulting project is subject to its own terms, conditions and disclaimers, as outlined in the Client Service Agreement ("CSA") or Engagement Letter.
