Cancellations & Refunds Education Services: If we reschedule a course, we will provide you with at least 1 week notice. In the extremely unlikely event that we cancel a course, we will provide you with an option to attend another course or a full refund. Rescheduling does not constitute a cancellation. Changes or cancellations by you within one week of the course date incur a 40% cancellation fee. Changes are fully transferrable between any other courses (subject to the one week notice period). Consulting Services: Broadly, cancellations and refunds do not apply to the Consulting Services, although each engagement is subject to specific terms and conditions as outlined in the individual engagement letter.
